Wow! Dell is really nice today!

Today I noticed that Dell is running a sweet deal on Latitude notebooks through their Small Business program. We decided to cash in on this, and bought bunch brand spanking new of laptops at the discount price.

This was a big order, so I guess it registered on their radar. I got a follow up call from the Latitude rep, who offered to upgrade the memory on all laptops to 1 gig for a fixed one time payment. When I divided the price he gave me, it came out to be around $18 bucks for a 512 MB stick. As far as I remember, Dell sells those for $70 a piece. Freakin awesome!

It’s a good day to buy from dell today… Hmm… I’m really tempted to make myself broke fore a little while to get a new notebook for myself, so that I don’t have to lug around my decrepid old work laptop with me.
