But for now, they are for the most part doing more good than evil. Their applications do not try to lock in users, they use open standards and work hard to ensure compatibility with competing products. The biggest concern with Google right now is privacy and will become bigigger and bigger of an issue as we go on. But for now, I'll take Google over Microsoft any day! When they turn evil on me, I will simply stop using them. Very likely. But for now, they are for the most part doing more good than evil.
