Gravatar Support
I added Gravatar support to this site. If you don’t have a gravatar account, go sign up. You give them your email, and upload an image. Nice part is that this pic will not only display here but on every blog that supports gravatars. If you want to see samples just look around in the comments. You should see my picture on all my posts.
I also noticed that several other regular posters here also use them so this should be nice!
Btw, Miloš - if you are interested, there is a Blojsom plugin avaliable. 
I’m using the default plugin from the Gravatar website, and it seems to be flaky at times. Not sure why but some avatars do not show up properly for some people on some platforms. No clue why.
Any suggestions? What do you use for Gravatars in Wordpress?

Fr3d - I can see yours, hdw’s and Ara’s gravatars just fine. I can also see mine. I tested it on Firefox 2.0.0.3 on Windows XP and on Ubuntu. I also can see your Gravatar on IE 6.0 - but for some reason mine doesn’t show up then. Weird.

Strange. I got it to show up in IE 6.0 after I refreshed the page a few times. It seems to be working in Firefox on all the machines I tried it. Sigh… This thing is starting to annoy me.
Anyone else except Fr3d is having issues with it? In this thread you should see gravatars for both me and Fr3d.
Also, I wonder if this works:
Are you able to see the images above? If not, do you see the Gravatar logos, or question marks? Or nothing?

Looks like it. I tried adblocking the “blank.png” one to see if they were loading underneath, but they weren’t.

Can you whitelist my website in adblock and see if it still looks the same? There are definitely some glitches with the loading of gravatars here and there, but they seem to work for me on 3 different browsers, on 3 different machines and 2 different networks… :/

I think that wp-cache plugin was causing this. I added a few lines to the exclude list. Let’s see if it improves.

Allright, this shit is driving me crazy. Sometimes they show, and sometimes they don’t. I see Fr3d’s avatar every single time, but mine is sometimes fails to show.

Sigh… I no longer see any gravatars. Anyone else is having these issues on your site? The only thing that could be messing things up on my side is the wp-cache plugin…

There are some plugins out there that locally cache them. Maybe I will look into one of those…
