Ugh an office retard (TM). XS Good job on the detective work, might be a good time for a dedicated ‘servicing’ form with
Name, Department, Issue, What equipment/ software were you using at the time the issue occurred? What steps did you take that lead to the issue? What steps did you take after the issue occurred. Has this happened before? Comments.
And have a little box next to each question where, when the questionnaire/ form is submitted, the service person can write/ fill the number of minutes of followup each question required (i.e. if it’s not filled it you ask when you call them, then write down how long it takes to squeeze out the info). Then mention the total minutes in your billing. The last will fix everything. XD
