The backstory for the celestials blew my mind…awesome! Though I wonder why they bother with maintaining a civilization rather than build their spires, destroy the world and be done with it? But well, you can make up all kinds of rules about magic, so maybe it only works when the stars are right or whatever. That backstory makes clear why the Spire Lords maintain strict control. But the caste-system and eugenics still seem to boil down to, well, they’re just assholes.

And I like the rhinos. Reminds me of Wizardry 7/8. There are not enough bipedal rhinos in Fantasy.

Yes! This is the stuff. Unicorns are actually rhinos! And not boring mundane rhinos, but sapient, bipedal rhinos! With opposable thumbs! And halberds! And zeppelins!
