Apparently, most of standard pin locks can be open with the so called bump key. Watch this video:
How does a bump key work exactly? Here is a pictorial representation for you. I think it does a really good job illustrating the idea behind it:
Simple, yet effective. A semi-competent locksmith could make one for you in under a minute. You can even get a nice set on ebay sometimes.
It’s probably worth mentioning that this method is about as old as the pin lock itself.
