Can someone please explain this to me:
Bush is cutting $2 mil from the [tag]EPA[/tag] budget, forcing the organization to shut down dozens of important public [tag]research libraries[/tag].
Then, the government turns around and puts out $20 mil [tag]public relations contract[/tag] promoting more positive coverage of news from Iraq.
We don’t have measly 2 million to support environmental research libraries, but we do have 10 times as much money to waste on positive PR for the war? WTF?
They sure have their priorities straight.
Bush is on the EPA Most wanted list. =)
