I was talking with one of my coworkers today, who camped out all night for the Wii with his two sons. He described is as a fun experience. Supposedly people in the line were really nice, and polite. People were playing Frisbee, hacky sack. Some nice people were organizing coffer and junk food runs and etc.. The store he went to was super organized. At some point during the night employees went down the queue and gave each person a number so that there was no pushing and shoving at the door. When the store finally opened, they would call in people in groups of 5-10 by number.
I was amazed. Compare this to the horror stories I heard about PS3 lines! Does that mean Nintendo fans are generally nicer people than PS3 enthusiasts?

Or perhaps PS3 lines were composed mostly of dudes who just wanted to get rich by selling them on eBay. I mean, Jesus Jumping Christ – what is wrong with these prices:

Who on God’s green earth would pay so much money for a sucky $500 console? There is absolutely no reason to pay so much fucking money! Especially since all the launch games pretty much suck!

yeah, nintendo fans are indeed much nicer people :D
either that or younger…
also, WTF! how many million dollars are people charging for PS3 now?
9 mill.. 11 mill.. where does it end (logical conclusion being 13M, 15M, 17M or any other integer odd number of millions :P )
I highly doubt that anyone of these people is actually going to sell it. I don’t think anyone is that desperate.
I waited for the Wii, and they were fun people…unlike the PS3 ones -.-
