Here is my prediction: HD-DVD format has been broken, and will probably be broken again in the future. I predict that unless someone breaks BlueRay in a similar way really soon, the Sony media disks will fade into obscurity and HD-DVD sales will skyrocket as consumers will buy by cartload to get access to easily rippable HD content.
It’s ironic, but I think that releasing “The Number” into the wild and the Digg revolt was probably the best thing that could happen to HD-DVD.
That’s my prediction. Let’s see if I’m right. 2 or 3 years from now remind me to link back to this post with an “I told you so”.

I predict you’re right and I personally think Michael Ayers is certainly dreaming.
I neither respect his position nor do comply with any law merely because it is a law. i have the Goddess given right to talk about any damn number i want to, lmao.
Anyway I will remind ya in a few years if of course I’m not in jail or dead. In that case you’re on your own.

Now I know not to take investment advice from you! :-P
Yeah, I think I even have a disclaimer somewhere on this page that said not to listen to me. Seriously! :P
I was right about one thing – BluRay was already cracked. But then again that’s not a prediction. Predicting that DRM will be cracked is like predicting a sunset – everyone knows it’s gonna happen.
