Have you seen these yet? They actually look really good:
They are made by McFarlane Toys, and you can see the whole range here. They even have a little Hatch diorama. 
Kate seems a little bit off (maybe because she has no freckles?), but the pics of Jack, Locke and Charlie figurines almost look like stills from the show.

I know, strangely enough there is a Hurley figurine but not a Sawyer one. I was surprised considering that the ladies go crazy for that dude.
I have yet to meet a girl who would pick Jack over Sawyer.
