How lucky am I! I didn’t even sign up for any lottery! An here I won one that does not even exist! It must be my lucky day. 
I post these kind of emails here so that they get indexed by Google and serve as a reference for people who get these in the future. I leave the spammer’s email address in plain text because I think they fully deserve to get on all sorts of spam lists. 
People keep asking this in the comments as if they didn’t get it, so let me clarify this here:

My question is, what are they trying to accomplish with just a name, address and phone number, etc.
Pretty much phone book information.
It must be something I’m missing, maybe they’ll ask for a SS# or something down the road to complete the scam.

And yes – initially they just get your point-of-contact info to gain your trust. Then they can poll you for more info, send you fake forms and etc..

You would figure that with all the adaptive learning technology Google seems to have all of us marking as spam would train the damn filter to can it. But they still get through.

There is always the risk of identity theft. But you didn’t give them your date of birth, social security and etc which is good. This may or may not be enough for them to establish some fraudulent line of credit.
I would contact the police and see if they can give you any advice.

I was also one of the luckyest person, who won 500 000 pounds. I knew this was scam but i wanted to know, what they will accomplish with that. The catch is: if you want to receive your prize money, you have to send via Western Union about 1900€ for some “attorney”, who will do all the papers for you to get this “prize”.
Btw, he even did call and we spoke briefly. Its very well organized “scam” i must say.

Thereafter, they didn’t replied to that e-mail and I also read almost all the comments, posted on this page. I am really satisfied to know that it’s a scam and I didn’t paid anything for it.
But, I am a bit worried as well because I provided my personal details to them. So, can anybody tell me whether the can misuse this information.
It depends on what you gave them. Can they get a credit card with the info you gave them? If not, then it’s probably not that bad.
You can always call the local police department (not the emergency line though) and ask them if there is anything you can do with regards to the potential fraud.
